As the lead designer for the integration between The Edge, a prominent player in the Accounting industry, and Repticity, the leading visitor management software, I focused on creating a seamless, efficient, and user-friendly integration that enhances both operational efficiency and user experience for The Edge. **1. Automated Visitor Check-ins:** We integrated Repticity's streamlined visitor check-in process with The Edge's existing client management systems. This automation means that when clients arrive for meetings or consultations, their check-in is swift and feeds directly into The Edge's schedule, ensuring that appointments start on time and are well-documented.
