As the lead developer responsible for integrating ezyVet, a comprehensive veterinary practice management software, with Repticity, a leading visitor management platform, I aimed to create a seamless, efficient experience for veterinary clinics, their staff, and their clients. This integration is designed to enhance both operational efficiency and the overall user experience in several key ways:

1. **Automated Check-ins:** Upon arrival, clients can check in through Repticity's kiosk or mobile app, automatically notifying the ezyVet system. This reduces waiting times and eliminates the need for manual entry by the front desk staff, allowing them to focus on more pressing tasks.

2. **Real-time Updates:** The integration enables real-time updates between both platforms. When a client checks in via Repticity, the patient's appointment status is updated in ezyVet, alerting the medical team that the client is ready.
